Hollywood Bar Grill East had an awesome band last night. Unfortuantely in the future we will see that band at a different location. We made reservations for 12 (4 days in advance)were placed in the back close enough to the table in front of us, people in our party could not get in their seats). One of the guys in the band is a friend and said to tell them to give us good seats, that sure didn't work! The service was bad the 1st time we went, but the 2nd time was so bad we will not go back. Dinner brought out one person at a time and cold. Our drinks thrown at us across the table, this is when the waitress would actually come to the table to take drink orders. Each couple spent a minimum of $75 for the evening. When one of the gentlemen in our party went to complain, it turned out our waitress was the assistant manager and did not want to hear about it. She actually stopped talking to the customer complaining and turned to hug and converse with someone leaving. 7 couples at $75 a couple, we can find somewhere that would like to have our business!
